Dunkin’ Donuts has added two fruit smoothies to their frozen beverage menu — Strawberry Banana and Tropical Mango.
Both smoothies are made with real fruit and low-fat yogurt. If you’re wondering what real fruit, the Strawberry Banana has diced strawberries, strawberry banana flavored concentrate, banana puree, and strawberry puree. The tropical one has tropical mango flavored concentrate, mango puree concentrate, passion fruit puree, diced pineapple, and, the very tropical, diced peaches.
A small Strawberry Banana has 250 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 95 milligrams of sodium, 54 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 45 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein. A 16-ounce Tropical Mango has 260 calories, 2 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 90 milligrams of sodium, 57 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 50 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein.
The new smoothies are available at participating locations.

Tried the mango one last Sunday. I guess they made it wrong because it was too thick to suck through a straw. I resorted to scooping the smoothie into my mouth. Taste wise, it was very good but not as good as its mcdonald’s counterpart.
Thanks for the review.
Agree w Jack. Tried Straw Ban two days straight. First day, too icy. NOT blended enough. Next day at another store even icier. Staff really sucks at making these. Will try Mango Pin next even though more calories. Hey I got $1 off coupons to burn!
I just tried the tropical mango smoothie and advise against you doing the same. Maybe it was prepared incorrectly, but there was nothing smooth about it. It was a cup of ice crystals with chunks of something orange. The straw was as useless as the “smoothie” was flavorless. There’s three dollars I will never get back. Stay away!!!
