Cinnamon cookie. Interesting. Cinnamon bun flavored creme. Interesting. Not a limited edition flavor. Interesting. Using 12.2-ounce packaging instead of the 10.7-ounce packaging we’ve seen with recent new varieties. Interesting. I’ve heard these will be popping up on shelves next month. I will overhype these too much, but I can’t wait.
How do you find out the release date of these oreos??
Unlike that guy who listens to your podcast I don’t mind the onslaught of new Oreo flavor announcements but this is ridiculous there’s been like a new flavor every month. I love new Oreos (and CinnaBun sound delicious) but Nabisco really needs to spread these out.
No it shouldn’t.
They’re extremely successful because people love new flavors. By coming out with a new flavor every month, their brand will stay relevant. I don’t think they’re going to run out of ideas any time soon
There’s still plenty of other flavors to use: Orange, almond, cherry, Nutella, peanut butter and jelly, etc.
agreed. and almond?! yes, please!
Surely that cream should just be straight up cinnamon bun ICING flavored, right?
Regardless, this is going to be awesome. I’m surprised they’re not doing it as a limited edition run as it sounds like it may be a bit risky. Not as risky as say, a Cotton Candy flavor was, but certainly more risky to me than the S’mores.
there is like a new flavor every month. Doesn’t that get expensive to produce?
Seems like the only thing they can do keep the brand relevant.
I wouldn’t worry about Oreos’ relevancy, who’s competing for that market with them anyway? There’s tons of chocolate chip cookies, but for sandwich cookies it’s Oreos and store brand. So don’t listen to any negativity out there, Nabisco, and keep the flavors coming. And if you’re taking requests, how about for Christmas we get an egg nog and a peppermint bark.
Actually, Hydrox is returning to the market. You can buy them by the case on Amazon, and they\’re supposedly hitting retail stores soon.
Ya but who knows if that’s true the company that’s doing those is also doing Bonkers candy and they said they where putting those out on the market In 2009 and they still haven’t put anything out yet
Eggnog Oreos… that would realize one of my dreams.
I always find it interesting when people comment their are too many new flavors especially when its on a site like this devoted to new products/product reviews. I mean you can bet most of those people are going to look for the product when its released.
I totally agree! Every foodie wants to try new things as fast as they can get them churned out. It is totally hilarious when ppl take true offense to Oreo’s & their frequency of new product.
Do you listen to the Nosh Show? Who wants to hear 12-15 minutes talking about a damn cookie?? Dolph Rudager is right, I don’t blame him. It’s too much.
i say, the more flavors the better! why do people care so much??
It’s annoying & boring, that’s why.
I know I’ll be keeping an eye out for them. I’m kind of a sucker for cinnamon, and they really can’t screw these up too badly. At worst, they might taste something like Golden Oreos: Sweet, kind boring, but not bad.
Why they haven’t done a swirled Oreo yet? Golden oreo with chocolate oreo and a swirled crème (vanilla and chocolate)
now salted caramel and yellow cake batter
how about an oreo with cheesecake flavor filling? they could even expand it for future releases, such as cherry cheesecake or lemon cheesecake, where it’s half half
Every time I try a new flavor of Oreo, I end up wishing after the second cookie, that i was eating a regular one. I’m sure this one will be the same for me.
I’m cool with experimenting with flavors as enhancements, like mint (even though I found the mint to be too sweet), or pumpkin, but this is just absurd. Nabisco simply debased the Oreo to basically become anything, everything, and nothing all at the same time. I like cinnamon buns, and would rather eat a real one instead of eating a cookie that imitates a cinnamon bun, but not very well.
Crap they are doing another one I still haven’t tried there last three new flavors
Nabisco is moving to Mexico. So no more oreos for me!
