Pizza Hut has put a lot of R&D effort into making sure you eat their end crusts. They’ve stuffed it with cheese, stuffed it with bacon and cheese, stuffed it with multiple cheeses, and stuffed it with hot dogs.
The pizza chain’s latest effort is the Stuffed Garlic Knots Pizza, which features 16 hand-rolled cheese-stuffed garlic knots on the crust of a large pizza. It’s available with one topping and two dipping cups of marinara sauce for $12.99.
To be honest, it sounds a lot like their Cheesy Bites Pizza, but maybe with more garlic.
The Stuffed Garlic Knots Pizza is available for a limited time.

I tried it last night. The pizza itself was the standard stuff-crust type of pizza (which is their worst type in my opinion). As for the garlic “knots” (which are not knots, but cheese-stuffed bread balls), they were pretty lack-luster.
Not enough cheese, the dough was too dense, the ratio was all off. The Hut’s Favorite crust topping was good, but it overpowered the flavor of the cheese. Eaten without dipping, I could barely taste the cheese at all. With dipping, the cheese offered little more than mouth-feel.
Another downside was that these knots seemed twice as big as any other stuffed crust/cheese bite style crust, leaving room for must less pizza.
All in all, I love the cheesy bites pizza. The cheesy garlic knots pizza, however, I will not be buying again.
