Ryan at Grub Grade tells me Jack’s Blazin’ Chicken Sandwich, which is being tested in limited markets, has Ghost Peppers, which is one of the hottest chili peppers in the world. Someday, I hope this sandwich burns my taste buds and makes me cry like a little boy who dropped his ice cream cone. (Spotted by Steve.)
If you’re out getting some fast food and see a test product on the menu board, snap a picture of it, and send us an email ([email protected]) with where you found it and “Spotted” in the subject line. If you do so, you might see your picture in our next Spotted on Menus post.
Lets get this straight….
The Ghost pepper is not the hottest chili pepper in the world.
The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is the hottest chili pepper at over 2 million SHU… The Ghost chili pepper tops out around 1 million SHU.
I had one of these a couple weeks ago, and I’m sorry to say, it is totally disappointing. The sauce tastes “pink”, what does that mean you ask? I don’t know, but it sure ISN’T HOT AT ALL
All right, changed it.
Yeah youre going to catch hell for saying it’s the hottest chile in the world… not even close
Don’t you mean my mouth is going to feel like hell when I get around to trying the hotter peppers. 🙂
