Pros: As much as I hate the distribution of the cheese in my bowl, its flavor helped this entree from being extremely boring. Potatoes were soft and seasoned nicely. Decent amount of veggies. Nice balanced flavor; I could taste every ingredient. Egg whites provide a lot of protein.
Cons: Egg whites look like they saw a ghost and had Michael Jackson’s skin abnormality. Cheese loves sticking to the bottom of the bowl and to forks. Cheese came in clumps. It’s weird eating a Jimmy Dean product without any meat in it.

I’m surprised the potatoes were in the ‘pros’ — they’re always my least favorite part of these bowls. They just don’t cook right in the microwave. If they could find a way to keep they a little crisp (like home fries) they’d be awesome.
dear Jimmy Dean I tried to breakfast bowls and for a minute I thought I was eating cardboard I got sick and had to throw up must find a better way to cook it it tastes nasty in a microwave it taste nasty in a frying pan it just did not taste good
I think this is a great-tasting little breakfast entree. Finding meatless breakfast options is not easy, so to find one packed with a whopping 18 grams of protein for $2 with good flavor…I’m a happy consumer. Wish they were easier to find. The only grocer in my area that stocks these is HEB.
