Pros: Best tasting of the Monster Tacos, so far. Has more flavor than the Bacon Ranch Monster Taco. My goodness there’s a lot of gooey nacho cheese sauce; so messy, but so tasty. The jalapeños give it a lot of flavor and a decent level of heat. Crispy shell…well, crispy on the shell’s outer edges. Jack in the Box expanding the Monster Taco line.
Cons: Could’ve used a bit more jalapeño slices. If you hate having to lick nacho cheese sauce off your skin or clothes, you may not enjoy eating this messy taco. Grease-soaked shell…well, soaked on the shell’s inner part. Jack’s 2 tacos for 99 cents is a better deal. My desire for Jack in the Box to make a sweet Monster Taco variety.
*Because I live on a rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, things are a bit pricier here. You’ll probably pay less than I did.

thanks for reviewing this one to, I think I’ll stick with the originals
what would be in a sweet one? I could see a flour tortilla, sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar after frying, but what for the filling, maybe banana? apples, with a packet of caramel drizzling sauce?
I think stuff the shell with churros, deep fry it, then add whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon.
churros in there sounds good, JITB is about 10-15 minutes away from home, idk if whipped cream would survive the ride. In the same vein though, a little ice cream on top of the churros doesn’t sound bad, and might travel a little farther.
Introducing, The Churrodoodle monster ice cream taco,
hold the nacho sauce please LOL
I think this, and the ranch bacon one, obviously, are $1.50 here in California. It was good and unspectacular. 7/10 is just about dead on for it.
What’s really good is 2 Tacos for .99 cents and then add jalapenos for .40 cents. Cheaper than the monster taco and a better value (all you’re missing out on is the nacho cheese, which honestly could be done without. The regular tacos seem to have a better texture usually as well. Monster tacos are just too big, and half the time we make them they break on us.
I loved this variation of the Monster Taco. No shortage of nacho cheese. It was messy and unsophisticated, but tasty.
