I have no idea who Chef Barb is, but thanks to her I now know bread pudding can come in flavors like fudge brownie, apple pie, cookies & cream, and glazed donut. I also now know frozen microwaveable bread pudding exists. (Spotted by Rebecca at Target.)

I need to know where in the frozen section I can find this. I need this in my life.
I find it impossible to believe that they convinced someone at Target that Americans would fall in love with premium bread pudding from the freezer aisle. This sounds like the kind of business that comes on Shark Tank and gets VC funding out of sympathy. “The frozen dessert industry is worth twenty billion dollars annually. If we could even capture one percent of that market…” You get the picture. I predict failure.
I am an American, and I love bread pudding. I order it at every restaurant where it is offered, and over the last decade, I have seen a gradual increase in the number of restaurants offering it.
I could have sworn this WAS on Shark Tank.
Apparently this is only available in “select” Targets. According to the store locator, the nearest available store is 180 miles away. Sadness.

I’ve been having the same issue with the Targets around here. Unfortunately the store locator on Target website’s grocery section seems to be completely useless. I’ve had to contact a manufacturer to see which Targets actually stock their product.
Yeah, American. Love bread pudding.

Thank you for the post and comments regarding our new frozen bread pudding. We are a dessert truck/catering company in Los Angeles known for our hot bread pudding. We were lucky enough to team with a manufacturer that wanted to push our product nationwide in frozen form. After a lot of development we were finally able to do our initial launch in 250+ Super Target stores. We are looking forward to the next roll out of more Target stores and other markets/retailers. We will definitely post updates on new locations as they happen.
Our current Store Locator will only show results if you are within 250 miles of a Super Target that sells our products. If no results are shown, we aren’t near you yet but would love to hear what cities we should work on getting into.
As for being on Shark Tank, that wasn’t us. We did enjoy watching that episode though.
