SPOTTED ON SHELVES – 8/6/2014

Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.

Red Baron Minis Deep Dish Pizzas

I remember when these were called Red Baron Singles Deep Dish Mini Pizzas. (Spotted by Marvo at Safeway.)

Tombstone Mini Pizzas

Can Tombstone really call these mini pizzas when Red Baron’s Minis Deep Dish are clearly mini-er? (Spotted by Marvo at Safeway.)

Entenmann's Blueberry Crumb Loaf Cake

Entenmann's Banana Bread Loaf Cake

Sometimes I wonder if EVERY Entenmann’s product has the word “New” on it. (Spotted by Nick at Price Chopper.)

Nestle Toll House DelightFulls

I look forward to all the Pinterest posts of baked goods that use these Nestle Toll House DelightFulls. (Spotted by Lisa N. at Dillions.)

  1. When I was a kid, back in the Dark Ages BC (Before Computers), Nestlé chips in our house rarely made it into cookies. These new versions look as though Nestlé has figured that out and is blatantly selling candy in the guise of baking supplies. Might save on taxes, though, if they qualify as “food”.
