Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
The Meijer Prime Rib & Horseradish Potato Chips are fine dining flavored chips, while the Buffalo chicken dip is probably the opposite of fine dining. (Spotted by Sarah at Meijer.)
I could’ve sworn Angie’s had pumpkin spice flavored popcorn last year. I did a lazy Google search, but came up with nothing. Is my mind playing tricks on me because of all the pumpkin spice products I’ve seen in the past three years? (Spotted by Claire G at Wegmans.)
Someday, I’d like to see Sensible Portions Pizza Garden Veggie Chips…or Sensible Portions Xtreme Dill Pickle Garden Veggie Chips. (Spotted by Carla at Walmart.)
I’m just going to throw this out there, Campbell’s. Pizza-flavored Chunky soups. I’d risk the high sodium content to eat a supreme pizza-flavored Chunky soup. (Spotted by Nick at Price Chopper.)
“I can’t believe Eggo Bites have been popular enough to warrant more flavors,” says the person who isn’t an 8-year-old or a busy parent rushing to get their children ready for school. By the way, “the person” is me. (Spotted by Dubba at Target.)

I wonder why the Sensible Portions things are ‘Chips’ and not ‘Crisps’
I’m still laughing at the bag of prime rib potato chips…”no need to dine at an upscale steakhouse! “
You can treat your date to a prime rib dinner for under $5
It’s not funny, these chips were serious business. I always put on a tuxedo to eat them. Life has not been the same since they have been gone.
I have tried the Meijer Prime Rib & Horseradish chips. I’m surprised how well they were able to match the flavors and how much better they are than those Lays Do Us a Flavor chips.
Those Chocolate Chip Eggo bites aren’t new…I first saw them last December.
I wonder if several of us live in test markets, as I also thought I saw the chocolatey-chip Eggo Bites in December (in Target), but Eggo’s Facebook page has them being “new” this past June, and the flavor wasn’t mentioned in “launch of Eggo Bites” press releases from the spring.
I tried the Campbell’s Sausage and pepper Rigatoni and it was pretty good. They fancied up the tomato soup with Italian seasoning and added noodles and sausage. Sausage kinda sucked but the rest was tasty.
I’ve tried the Angie’s popcorn, tastes more like a “cinnamon donut” than “pumpkin” but not too shabby.
