When it comes to fast food, the words “four cheese” have always been associated with a pizza, but Burger King has stuffed four cheeses into a Whopper.
The Four Cheese Whopper features a 1/4 lb. fire grilled beef patty, an American cheese slice, a three cheese blend, cheddar sauce, Burger King’s horrible lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on a toasted sesame seed bun.
Some of you might be wondering what are the cheeses in their Three Cheese Blend? Well, if it’s the same Three Cheese Blend Burger King puts on their Garden Side Salad, then it’s cheddar, Monterey jack, and mozzarella. Now some of you might be thinking if there’s American cheese, a three cheese blend, and cheddar sauce, isn’t that five cheeses? I think so, but maybe fast food math is different.
The Four Cheese Whopper has 850 calories, 57 grams of fat, 21 grams of saturated fat, 2 grams of trans fat, 115 milligrams of cholesterol, 1160 milligrams of sodium, 47 grams of carbohydrates, 9 grams of sugar, and 32 grams of protein.

I would try it.. with bacon.
Four because (assuming you’re correct on the three cheese blend) cheddar appears twice: in the three cheese blend and the sauce.
I think four is right too, but it could also be five because I feel a cheddar cheese sauce is different than cheddar cheese.
If it uses the three cheese blend, the ingredients for the cheddar is Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Artificial Color (according to the BK nutrition PDF). And if the cheddar sauce is the Cheesy Cheddar Sauce in the BK nutrition PDF then its ingredients are Soybean Oil, Water, Egg Yolks, Contains less than 2% of Salt, Natural & Artificial Flavors (includes soybean, milk, torula yeast), Distilled Vinegar, Cheddar Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Sugar, Lactic Acid, Cultured Cream, Polysorbate 60, Phosphoric Acid, Whey, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (as preservatives), Maltodextrin, Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Milk Fat, Butter (Cream, Salt), Buttermilk, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Whey Solids, Yellow 5, Disodium Phosphate, Calcium Disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, red 40.
Yesterday I went to 2 different BK’s in the Eastern MD area and they both said they hadn’t even heard of it. (Frowny face)
Be glad they had not heard of it. Very disappointed
I just order a four cheese whopper small meal for the first time this week, it cost a little over $8.00 with tax. I was disappointed, it tasted just like a regular whopper, I also didn’t see any cheese sauce. In several advertisements it looks like one of the slices is a white type cheese, but I only saw yellow cheese and I doubt if it was more then a slice or two thick. Either I was bamboozled, or they gave me a regular whopper with cheese by mistake. Since I had made a run and picked up another meal for some one else while we were waiting at the Medical free clinic in San Jose since 7.00 am, and it was now 11.00 am, I couldn’t drive back to Burger King to ask for a new Burger, I tried calling on the phone several times to complain, but when I finally got through, it sounded like she didn’t believe me, or she just didn’t understand me, since she barely spoke English. I complain to Burger King corporate yesterday, they were nice enough to reply, and state they were sending me a coupon for a free Whopper. Now if Burger King would only provide more then one free Coffee refill per visit, and free Wifi with power outlet access so i can use my computer while I eat my breakfast croissant.
