Subway has new grilled chicken strips, which should not be confused with their old oven roasted chicken. Even though, their oven roasted chicken looks like the unsliced version of these new grilled chicken strips, they are not the same.
Subway’s new grilled chicken strips are white meat chicken that’s been lightly seasoned and grilled. They have no artificial preservatives or flavors and they’re being featured in Subway’s new Monterey Chicken Melt, which is also topped with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and shredded Monterey cheddar.
A 6-inch with veggies and no sauce on 9-grain wheat bread has 360 calories 80 calories from fat, 8 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 65 milligrams of cholesterol, 580 milligrams of sodium, 45 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 28 grams of protein.
Subway’s new grilled chicken strips are also available with their Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken & Bacon Ranch Melt.
