Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
What’s a dairy snack? Why isn’t it this yogurt? Why did I only notice this now? Is having “dairy snack” on the label similar to having “frozen dairy dessert” on a label? (Spotted by Brian at Stop & Shop.)
It appears Walmart woat be getting this flavor anytime soon. I’m sorry. That was horrible. I woat do it again. Okay, that was the last time. I’m sorry. (Spotted by Emily at Target.)
Cheese!!! (Spotted by Kamberley ate Fareway Stores.)
Hey look! Target exclusive Yoplait yogurt cups! Oh, if you’re like me and have no idea who Christopher Straub is, click here. (Spotted by Claire G at Target.)

Yoplait is going to have to do a lot more than get fancy cups to get me to buy their yogurt when there are so many superior choices.
My Grandma would of loved the Butterscotch “Dairy snack” because she loved Butterscotch anything practically. And their is another parm cheese brand I love that has seasonings in it as well so I may have to try this one.
I was disappointed it wasn’t Kris Straub of Chainsawsuit Starslip and Broodhollow fame (although not enough fame). Now HIS yogurt cup designs would be awesome.
In fact “dairy desert” isn’t in fact “yogurt” anymore. From their facebook page requesting clarification:
“We made an adjustment to some of our Dannon Oikos Traditional manufacturing processes, and while many cups are no longer a yogurt and now a dairy snack, we are confident it is still as delicious!”
So.. yeah, it’s now gone the “frozen dairy dessert” route. Shame.
Why is a reality tv fashion designer marketing yoghurt/Dairy Snacks now?
Tried the Butterscotch Oikos–it’s good–but I didn’t think it was that dramatically different from their caramel flavor. Well, the cup is prettier.
