That does not at all look delicious. I do not want a frozen tootsie roll.
I’m assuming that it is a tootsie roll flavored core not the texture of the tootsie roll. If they did that it would be difficult to eat it

I love them. The outer fruity layer is really thin and comes off easily revealing a creamy tootsie roll flavored fudgesicle underneath.
They are great!
The center taste exactly like the toostie pop centet.
