Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
I’m sure there’s no alcohol in them, but what if they did and someone out there got wasted with baked beans. Though, that wouldn’t be as embarrassing as getting drunk with Listerine. (Spotted by Lindsay at Meijer.)
I think I know the perfect dip for those sweet potato cinnamon ones. Softened vanilla ice cream. (Spotted by Carla at Walmart.)
Sour Punch is still alive? (Spotted by Anonymous at Target.)
Eating fruit swimming in a sugary syrup from a bottle. That sounds like an ideal way to get a serving of fruit…and cavities. There’s also a strawberry variety. (Spotted by Erin at Walmart.)

A story about Listerine, a kid that went to my old middle school that got suspended for bringing Listerine to school. They have a zero tolerance policy for bringing alcohol to school and they noticed he had it when they saw him using it. It was the dumbest thing. Him and his parents were on the news because his parents were upset and called the media.
My Older Sister used to whip me with Sour Punch Straws. That was fun.
Sounds like Campbell’s is copying Bush’s Grillin’ Beans. All of Bush’s beans are gluten free since 2010 and 3 of the Grillin’ Beans (like Oreos) are accidentally vegan: Southern Pit Barbecue, Steakhouse Recipe, Bourbon and Brown Sugar. All really good, so if Campbell’s messed it up- you can try those. They have other flavors for carnivores also.
Recently found the Campbell’s Chunky Baked Beans on special for 97 cents. We love baked beans and Campbell’s Healthy Request Chunky Soups, so wanted to give em a try. Had the Maple Bacon and Beer beans last night and we were so disappointed we didn’t finish what was on our plate or save the leftovers (which NEVER happens). They were extremely too sweet with a very fake maple taste. We tried to doctor the taste with mustard, ketchup, granulated garlic and onion and some nutmeg – didn’t help! Needless to say, we won’t buy be buying those again. We feel like Campbell’s really let us down on this one! We have a can of the “Original” in the cupboard but, based on this experience we’re not looking forward to trying.
