Popeyes latest limited time only creation is their Red Stick Chicken.
It gets its name from the little red sticks that are used to determine the perfect peppers for Tabasco sauce. When the pepper’s color matches the color of the stick, they are ready to be picked.
Popeyes Red Stick Chicken is all white meat chicken tenderloins marinated in a cayenne and Tabasco pepper marinate, which is then hand battered and breaded in a Southern-style crispy coating, and then fried.
For $3.99, you can get four Red Stick Chicken tenderloins with a side of Cajun Fries, a buttermilk biscuit, and Popeyes brand new Smok’n Pepper Ranch dipping sauce. Popeyes Red Stick Chicken will be available until April 26.
Grub Grade has a review of it.

Only until April 26… That is not so fair..
Bull I cannot find a reference to this any where
I tried redstick chicken once almost by mistake. Now, it is the only Popeye’s I will eat. It is so obviously superior to any other fried chicken that it is ridiculous.
Please bring this chicken into your regular menu.
This was only supposed to be available until April 26th but i got it on May 21st for the first time and it became my new favorite chicken. Went back on the 24th and was told they bo longer have it. They only had it for a month! Just great. Now i can’t get it. Guess it’s back to popcorn chicken at KFC!
