  1. I tried the Biltong. It is pretty good. It is a very lean beef jerky with very little gristle or fat. There is no smoke flavor, it tastes kind of like a tangy Worcestershire sauce and dried beef. But, given that after beef the ingredients are apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce that makes sense. It is also has very little salt, less sugar and calories when compared to national brands of jerky, so generally different and good. I also like that it was cross cut, thick and dried so it turns out more chewy with less jerking to eat. Kind of like tangy beef bubble gum.
