Wait a minute. This cookie has peanuts. Shouldn’t it have almonds? (Spotted by Marvo at Safeway.)

Yes, but peanuts are cheaper!
Baked as recommended, 15 minutes 350 degrees. Marshmallows melted out of the cookies and stuck HARD to the cookie sheet, impossible to remove without destroying the cookies. And the marshmallows that hit the hot pan start to crystallize into this strange tough and sticky unpleasant texture. Overall can’t recommend.
bake at 350 for 15 minutes on parchment paper, let cool for 15 minutes. Then lift up side of parchment paper and the cookies will “peel” off. Also, look at the cookie round and put the side with the least amount of marshmallows down, helping not to stick. Best cookie ever, but like any cookies with caramel, chocolate, marshmallows, you have to use the parchment paper.
