  1. A sugar cookie is not supposed to have 5 grams of fiber. No, no, no, no. They are adding things our intestinal tract is not designed to handle in such quantities. You can get all the fiber you need with a few servings of fruit and veg and some tasty beans and maybe some whole grain whatever’s. Nuts and seeds. Real food. Drink lots of water. Be kind to your colon. Resist FiberOne. Use The Force. Google
