When I first saw these, all I could think to myself was, “General Mills should come out with a Cookie Crisp Cereal spinoff called Brownie Crisp.” So get on that, General Mills. (Spotted by Margaret at Trader Joe’s.)

I tried it and was shocked! SO GOOD! It vegan AND gluten free!!! I couldn’t believe that I was eating a gluten free and vegan brownie. It like brownies and really good. First time I saw I thought they might taste like cardboard and bland but it blew my mind away. GET IT!

Trader Joe’s is an actual storefront. You can get their items only in their stores (and maybe Ebay resellers). I believe they are only in the US, and in limited locations (alas, there isn’t one where I live).
In England nestle actually makes a cereal called brownie crisp and its in the same product line as cookie crisp since that’s who makes it over there!
Cookie Crisp Brownie flavor did actually exist in the U.K. under the Nestle family of cereals. I’ve never had it, but it appears to duplicate America’s short-lived Cocoa Puffs Brownies.
