If you live in Columbus, Ohio; Greensboro, North Carolina; or Wichita, Kansas, you can graze on a new salad Wendy’s is testing. Their Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad features grilled chicken, feta cheese, Mediterranean hummus, light balsamic vinaigrette, and a sun-dried tomato quinoa blend on a bed of spring mix greens and iceberg and romaine lettuce.
What’s a sun-dried tomato quinoa blend? Besides being something that’s extremely foreign in many fast food kitchens, it’s a combination of red bell peppers, green zucchini, yellow squash, garbanzo beans, great northern beans, brown rice, red quinoa, white quinoa, and sun-dried tomatoes.
The salad has 430 calories, 14 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 115 milligrams of cholesterol, 1220 milligrams of sodium, 38 grams of carbohydrates, 18 grams of sugar, 8 grams of fiber, and 39 grams of protein.
