There have been many new Oreo varieties this year. But it doesn’t come close to all the new menu items Arby’s has pumped out this year. I’d list them all, but it might make you really hungry for sliced meat. The latest from the fast food chain that knows meats is the A.1. Special Reserve Steak Sandwich.
It comes with sliced Angus steak, natural cheddar cheese, a crispy thick-cut Steakhouse onion ring, and A.1. Special Reserve Sauce on a star cut bun. What’s so special about the A.1. Special Reserve Sauce? I have no idea, but let’s make something up. It’s made with unicorn tears instead of water.
The sandwich has 470 calories, 16 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 65 milligrams of cholesterol, 1660 milligrams of sodium, 51 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 9 grams of sugar, and 32 grams of protein.
The steak sauce seasoned sandwich is available for a limited time.
If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

The Arby’s website also mentions that the sandwich has some sort of “Smoky Black Pepper Sauce”, which presumably is in addition to the A-1 Special Reserve Sauce.
? now I want one
That was supposed to be the unicorn emoji not a question mark…but u get it
I work at an Arby’s, Jon W – the sauce is in a gallon jug and the label states “A1″A1 Black Pepper Sauce”. So from outward appearnce, it seems like Arby’s is calling this sauce another name in the marketing material.
Okay… about a week ago, I finally decided to try one of these. I sure didn’t taste anything that tasted like A-1 to me. Didn’t taste any onion ring either… mine came without one. And for that matter, I couldn’t taste the meat or the bun, either. ALL I got was a taste similar to what I imagine it would be like if someone dumped half a pepper mill in my mouth. Pepper, pepper, and more pepper. So much, in fact, that I ended up throwing it away after three bites. I will very definitely NOT be buying another one of these!
I’ve had several and I like them. I eat one at least once a week
