Impulsive Buy reader Caitlin sent in this photo that’s making me drool. The donut features a fudge filled glazed croissant donut that’s drizzled with chocolate and white icing. I have nothing more to add so I should now use a paper towel to soak up the saliva on my desk.
Oh, I guess I should add that one donut has 400 calories, 20 grams of fat, 12 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 300 milligrams of sodium, 50 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 25 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein.
If you’ve tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.
Yes please ….
My main complaint on that type of doughnut is the price of it. They need to cut the price at least 50 cents.
If you are concerned about 50 cents, maybe you should consider not splurging on anything.
We rolled these out today. We sampled it for the crew. It’s good, but I agree , it is overpriced. Should be the same price as a coffee roll or fritter IMHO. They would fly off the shelfs
Didn’t notice the cost, just that it was awesome! Way better than their first ‘cronut’
The price is way too high, the taste is average, and it’s not worth the calorie/nutritional content.
It’s like ok at best
I work for dunkin however the filling in this is the same as my favorite” valentine” donut.. it is the best ever!!
Just purchased one with NO chocolate in it…
Impulse Buy When I saw the picture. It was served in a small box with a clear lid, and the donut had SO much icing on it, it was huge and almost like a piece of cake. Messy to eat, I wish I would have sat down with a fork. Delicious but I was shocked when I looked at my receipt and it was $2.50….
Its not fudge! It’s more like chocolate syrup. Yuck. The snickerdoodle one was much better. They should have kept it… those I would buy… these fudge imposters are gross… it’s been repeating on me 🙁
I have had dozens of it by the time I got to nutrionaal fact they are good testing but really bad for you
