In 2011, Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s introduced their Charbroiled Turkey Burgers. Last year, the sister chains came out with their All-Natural Burger. This year, Carl’s Jr. is combining the turkeyness from their turkey burgers and the all-naturalness from their All-Natural Burgers to create the chain’s new All-Natural Turkey Burgers.
The new line features a 1/4 lb. patty made from turkey raised without antibiotics and comes in three varieties — Original, Teriyaki, and Jalapeño.
The All-Natural Original Turkey Burger features an all-natural charbroiled turkey burger patty, special sauce, mayonnaise, red onion, tomato, lettuce, and dill pickle chips on a honey wheat bun. It has 490 calories, 22 grams of fat, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, 80 milligrams of cholesterol, 1260 milligrams of sodium, 45 grams of carbohydrates, and 29 grams of protein.
The teriyaki version comes with all-natural charbroiled turkey burger patty, a grilled pineapple slice, teriyaki glaze, swiss cheese, red onion, tomato, and whole-leaf lettuce on a honey wheat bun. It has 480 calories, 14 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 85 milligrams of cholesterol, 1440 milligrams of sodium, 56 grams of carbohydrates, and 32 grams of protein.
Finally, the Jalapeño one has an all-natural turkey patty topped with Santa Fe sauce, jalapeño coins, pepper jack cheese, red onion, tomato, and lettuce on a honey wheat bun. This burger has 500 calories, 22 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 90 milligrams of cholesterol, 1450 milligrams of sodium, 43 grams of carbohydrates, and 31 grams of protein.
