Hot diggity dog! You can now get hot dogs at Burger King.
The burger chain’s new Grilled Dogs come in two varieties — Classic and Chili Cheese. We posted a review of them when they were in the testing phase last summer.
The hot dog itself is flame-grilled and made with 100 percent beef. The Classic is topped with ketchup, mustard, chopped onions, and relish and served on a fluffy baked bun. The Chili Cheese comes with chili and cheddar cheese, and is served on a fluffy baked bun.
The Classic has 310 calories, 16 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 960 milligrams of sodium, 32 grams of carbohydrates, 10 grams of sugar, and 11 grams of protein. The Chili Cheese has 330 calories, 19 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 40 milligrams of cholesterol, 980 milligrams of sodium, 28 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of sugar, and 14 grams of protein.
If you’ve tried either one or both during a Grilled Dog eating contest, let us know what you think of them in the comments.
