On the heels of Smoked Gouda Lays and Triscuits comes Smoked Gouda Cape Cod chips. It’s officially a trend!
I tried the Smoked Gouda Cape Cods and they are not bad but the flavor is a bit overwhelming.
I agree. After eating a few of them it’s a bit much.
I’ve tried all the new Kettle Brand avocado oil chips, there is also a “Hawaiian Barbecue”. I rank them Chili Lime > Himalayan Salt > Hawaiian Barbecue, but all of them are good. I really love avocado oil cooked chips; it gives them a really nice buttery and nutty taste.
Try the garlic Kettle potato chips with thin slices of cheese between two as a potato chip sandwich. I do this with plain chips, the garlic would be a great addition. A little messy and crumbly, so use a plate or bowl.
The Cape Cod Black Garlic chips are disappointing….not very garlicky.
