Baskin-Robbins is now offering customizable ice cream sandwiches and sundaes with warm cookies.
Their new Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich combines a scoop of ice cream with two warmed cookies, and embellished with your choice of rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, or chopped almonds. It’s also available in a Double Scoop version that has two scoops of ice cream, three cookies, and two toppings. It’s like an ice cream Big Mac, if you will.
The Warm Cookie Sundae features two warmed cookies and a scoop of ice cream that’s topped with your choice of wet topping, whipped cream, cherry, and almonds. There’s also a Double Scoop version.
The cookies available are Dark Chocolate Chunk, Double Fudge, Peanut Butter Chocolate, and White Chocolate Macadamia. You can also mix and match cookies with your dessert.

The double sounds like a lapful of ice cream waiting to happen but a delicious one. Very few BR near me hut curious to know how they are and if the cookies are actually decent.
I was able to buy just a plain cookie from my local shop–I got the White Choc Mac, and it was certainly a decent treat on its own–very chunky and soft.
The one scoop sandwich is very good and creamy, but melted quickly on a hot day while i was eating it outside. Though, I’ll continue to buy another 🙂
