I think I know the question many of you are asking yourselves. It’s not “Are those any good?” It’s “How long will those take to melt on a warm day?” (Spotted by Carla at Walmart.)

I had the S’mores sandwiches. They do a really good job at mimicking the flavor of a s’more, but could definitely use some chocolate inside the ice cream as opposed to just the chocolate chips on the outside. The “graham crackers” were sorta brittle, making it seem more like an actual s’more than an ice cream sandwich.

They definitely tasted more like something that was trying to be healthy than a full on blast of sugar-y goodness though.

See my friend and I bought them and we both said the cookie part was too soft to give an authentic s’mores feel. But with most things Walmart, your mileage may vary. The frozen cold chain isn’t followed well (I worked there).

But I’m curious on how the rest of these fare.

Oooh, I hope these make their way to Canadian Wal-Marts!

I had the smores ice cream sandwiches and the o’chunka chocolate cones. I thought they were both really good. The ice cream isn’t the best quality but it usually isn’t in those kind of things. I would buy them again.

These sound very good. But your link scares me. Oh no.

Those green chocolate chips on the key lime sandwich look so appetizing. The only thing that should have tons of green color in it is Hi-C Ecto Cooler. Mint and key lime things can stay white, or their natural color.

  6. I’ve had the Cookie Dough cones, they’re really good.

The Cookie Dough cones look great, but I’m more of an ice cream fan than novelty.

It seems that Wal-Mart has greatly reduced the number of ice creams they carry in favor of more novelty items.

I had the boom boom cherry flavor. So good! I’m going for key lime next!

Why did you stop making Boom Boom Cherry Ice Cream sandwiches???

Why are you phasing out these wonderful ice cream treats? I didn’t even get to try them all before they disappeared from the shelves. Ugh!
