Papa John’s Pepperoni Rolls aren’t new, if you live in the Dominican Republic, Peru, or Azerbaijan. But in the United States the side is new.
An order has six rolls and each is made using fresh dough that’s filled with pepperoni, three cheeses (fontina, asiago, and provolone), and ranch sauce. It also comes with your choice of dipping sauce.
Papa John’s Pepperoni Rolls are available for a limited time for $5.
One Pepperoni Roll has 390 calories, 31 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 75 milligrams of cholesterol, 1110 milligrams of sodium, 13 grams of carbohydrates, 0 grams of fiber, and 14 grams of protein.

Never be as good as Mazzios pepperollies. And ranch sauce ewwww
Very small and they don’t look or taste that great. I was really disappointed – Papa John’s other $5 sides are a much better value.
Please tell me you mean 13 and not 31?
Regardless, I’m eating all six.
Just double checked and it’s 31 grams of fat.
I’m going to try them this weekend, Old Chicago has had pepperoni rolls for years. I’m hoping they are even close to that, cause I don’t want to go to Old Chicago, it’s too far away, heh.
tried them last night and enjoyed 4 of them , thought they were yummy and thought i was doing good eating them instead of whole slice of pizza. but now i feel sick seeing the nutritional info! oh noooo!!
