I read these ones with the “Crunch Reactors” have replaced the original versions. So if you don’t like these new ones, you’d better hoard all the old ones you can find. (Spotted by Carla at Safeway.)
This is the third Quaker Chewy Snackwich variety. Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip and Apples & Caramel are the other two. (Spotted by Rachel C at Walmart.)
I wonder which is better — these or Key Lime Slime Twinkies. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Walmart.)
Is the quinoa making the brown rice healthier? Or is the brown rice making the quinoa healthier? (Spotted by Amanda Y at Walmart.)
There’s also a Southwest Chipotle flavor. Also, thanks to these Mann’s Nourish Bowls, I learned what kohlrabi are. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Walmart.)
Never mind baking kits. Ghirardelli should offer large blocks of their chocolate and the appropriate tools for sculpting kits. Cheaper than stone and better tasting than stone. (Spotted by Amanda Y and Jen H at Walmart.)

For some reason, the packaging of those lime cakes just screams “toilet paper” to me.
Looks like Bounty paper towel package!
I ate so much kohlrabi as a kid . Glad to see
It in boxed foods, let alone conventional grocery stores!!!
The Gansito looked like a package of napkins at first and I wondered why it would be flavored…
but they do look delicious. What aisle are these at in WalMart?
Marvo, to answer your question, the Gansito almost has to taste better than the key lime Twinkies. I got a box of the Twinkies and while the cream is green and limey looking, it is virtually devoid of any lime flavor at all. If you try real hard you might detect the faintest note of sour lime but it’s basically overpowered by all the regular standard artificial Twinkie flavors. Huge disappointment.
Key lime Gansitos are awesome. Food City (local Arizona chain, targets Latino market) had big packs on sale, so I finally got a taste.
Definite lime flavor, both sweet and sour notes, vague coconut overtones. I can’t compare to the slime Twinkies because I don’t like Twinkies but love Gansitos in most forms.
Wow hope I get to try them sometime! Though they may be hard to find in Ohio, maybe they’ll pop up online somewhere.
