I don’t know if these bites are going to give me late night cravings, but I think I’m going to have late night nightmares of them attacking me. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Walmart.)
I want to cut the chicken marinara burritos like a sushi roll. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Walmart.)
Stewart’s root beer has been around since 1924, but 1990 was the first year it was sold in bottles. (Spotted by Robbie at H-E-B.)
The color of On the Border’s Organic Purple Corn Tortilla Strips look a lot like the color of On the Border’s Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. (Spotted by Robbie at Sam’s Club.)

Purely a marketing ploy by the on the border brand. Purple corn and blue corn are the same thing.
Well well, El Monterey.. looks like its about time we get to mingle. Definitely interested in the Chicken Marinara Burritos and the Empanadas. Would love it if they’d make dessert offerings. Apple Empanadas at home without having to do any work? Sold. Churros? SOLD! I’ll buy a case, please.. sweet taquitos? Ohh yess.
I’m not a big fan of spicy Mexican food, but these new Monterey products all appear to be completely devoid of typical Mexican food ingredients except for the outer casing. I might give all three of these products a try, for that reason.
The on the border organic purple corn tortilla strips are awesome. Sam’s didn’t have them the last time I checked. Can anyone tell me where I can buy them. I tried blue ones in a different brand, they are like eating cardboard…Ugh!
