I bought a bag tonight. It was ok. More intrigued that popcorn is the 5th ingredient.
Hmmph. Just because nuts and seeds are healthy doesn’t mean they aren’t wonderfully tasty… Roasted pumpkin seeds and walnuts are yummy choices, although I don’t know how well they did it in this product yet. If I see it and it doesn’t have anything horribly allergenic in it, I will certainly try it. I’ll even eat roasted pumpkin seeds all by themselves as an easy mini meal… Pumpkin seed butter is actually quite good also. And ground walnuts together with nutritional yeast are extremely tasty – that was the original Parma! formula, makes a great non-dairy alternative to Parmesan cheese and actually tastes better to me. I put it on veggies as well as on pasta and such.
