Joining the holiday drinks lineup at Starbucks this season is the new Spiced Sweet Cream Nariño 70 Cold Brew.
The beverage features Starbucks Nariño 70 Cold Brew coffee, which is slow-steeped for 20 hours to create a super smooth flavor. It’s flavored with a combination of cinnamon, anise, nutmeg, and vanilla, and finished with a house-made sweet cream.
Starbucks Reward members have been able to taste the new beverage since November 3, but it’ll be available to everyone at Starbucks locations in the U.S. and Canada on November 10.

I ordered this drink and the barista looked absolutely dumbfounded and asked his coworker if he had heard of it before. The coworker nodded and informed him it was their standard cold brew. They made me one, with milk instead of cream, and I didn’t taste any of the spices. Still a great cold brew, but I’m disappointed how little Starbucks seems to communicate these new beverages with some of their employees :/
@Caitlin J: I’d go back to your Starbucks and speak with the supervisor–my bet is, they’ll give you a free drink, and maybe even make you the right drink this time.
We have had this drink for a week to practice and sample. They should have known what the drink was. However there will always be some kind of miscommunication at every store, considering how often we change the menu.
Same thing happened to me this afternoon… I pre-ordered through the app and showed up about 10 minutes later and it hadn’t been made… got to watch 3 employees team up to figure it out and they didn’t seem too pleased!
Sweet, creamy to start, get the cinnamon and other spices on the back end. I’d order it again
