Subway’s new Reuben Duo consists of the Corned Beef Reuben and Turkey Reuben. Both feature Bavarian-style sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on freshly baked rye bread. The Corned Beef Reuben is made with lean, tender corned beef, sliced against the grain with a hint of garlic and sweet spices. The Turkey Reuben has a double portion of white meat turkey breast.
The Reuben Duo sandwiches are available until January 1, 2017 and have a suggested retail price of $5.25 for a six-inch sub and $8.75 for a Footlong.
A six-inch Corned Beef Reuben has 470 calories, 15 grams of fat, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, 85 milligrams of cholesterol, 1770 milligrams of sodium, 45 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of fiber, and 39 grams of protein. A six-inch Turkey Reuben has 430 calories, 15 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 60 milligrams of cholesterol, 1660 milligrams of sodium, 46 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of fiber, and 32 grams of protein.
