Little Caesars’ new Smokehouse Pizza is like a meat lovers pizza, but not with the typical meats you’d find one. There’s no pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, or beef.
But it does have three types of meat — beef brisket, pulled pork, and Applewood-smoked bacon crumbles.
The brisket is made using Midwest beef that has been brined with a proprietary blend of spices, then it’s pit-smoked with Hickory wood for 8-10 hours. The pulled pork is smoked for 10-12 hours in a rotisserie-style pit.
The pizza is also topped with mozzarella and Muenster cheeses and BBQ sauce, and is finished with a smokehouse-seasoned crust.
Starting February 27, Little Caesars Smokehouse Pizza will be available for a limited time at participating locations for $9. It’s also available HOT-N-READY from 4-8 p.m.
