Here are some interesting new and limited edition products found on store shelves by us and your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
Mixed berry ice cream, chocolate flavored chunks and, I assume, Grimace’s blood. (Spotted by Caitlin J at ShopRite.)
Honey ice cream, graham and caramel swirls, and, I assume, Winnie the Pooh’s tears because he couldn’t eat the honey before it got turned into ice cream. (Spotted by Karin at Walmart.)
It’s as if someone drew a Venn diagram on it explaining how the combination of ice cream and cookies made this cake. (Spotted by Debra G at Stop & Shop.)
I want to top this with some powdered sugar and then throw it up after taking a roller coaster ride. (Spotted by Carla at Fred Meyer.)
Yes! Snoqualmie Ice Cream is now in pints! I don’t know why I’m so excited because I’ve never heard of this company before and I don’t know how to pronounce its name. (Spotted by Carla at Fred Meyer.)

Snoqualmie is pronounced as “Snow-qual-a-me”. This is one of the best ice creams available from Washington state.
Snoh-QWAL-me (long o, short a, long e) is the pronunciation I’ve known for more years than I am willing to admit.
Snoqualmie is my go-to here in Seattle, we already have it in pints in stores in WA state (though since it says Fred Meyer, I’m assuming that picture is from somewhere in the PNW). The lavender is fantastic.
It’s Snow-Quall-me. Or saying it real fast it sounds like Snow-Call-me. Local WA resident, so I know 😉
Purple house hippos are my favourite animal. Must get this! Although white chips seem like a better choice.
Purple potamus is really good.
Purple pautamus is a great ice cream and we bought some at Hannaford in NH in March and April and now cannot get in our area. Any one know of anywhere that may have it. We are in Southern NH.
