Wait…are those Halloween M&Ms?!
The local Rite Aid here (Erie, PA) has had Halloween candy for a month now. Crazy!
I don’t get it either. Who is thinking about Halloween in July?
That Starbucks drink has been out for weeks now, maybe months- it’s nice and blandish, not too white chocolatey and not too coffeey.
Those are totally words now.
I picked it up on a whim despite not liking white chocolate and was pleasantly surprised to find that I like it. It’s nice on hot mornings when I need caffeine but don’t want the heat or heaviness of other coffee beverages- and most importantly, doesn’t anger the heartburn gods.
Also- Halloween candy in July (or June!) is so ridiculous I need a new word to adequately describe how ridiculous it really is.
I work retail and we are already getting jackets in!
Well, to venture a non-Halloween comment to thread, I just want to share my thumbs-up to the Walmart Bakery cakes–at least the chocolate one I just tried today. I had pretty low expectations and high doubts about these, but gotta say, here’s to sometimes not trusting your intuition! Now, the chocolate flavor is not very deep (I’d prefer a darker, fudgier, or more devil’s food chocolate)–it’s more sugary, like a glazed chocolate Dunkin’–but for a 50 cent single serve sweet treat, I’d say it’s hard to beat.
