With all the weird candy corn flavors Brach’s has put out over the past few years, it wouldn’t surprise me if these tasted like footballs. (Spotted by Amanda S at Walmart.)

Tried these last week, and enjoyed them. They have a different flavor than their regular candy corn – the light has a sweet, almost caramel-like flavor; the medium has hints of maple; and the dark has a light coconut taste. All three were good, and I’m hoping to find more soon.
These are HORRIBLE. The chocolate colored ones taste nothing like chocolate, they taste more the cheap imitation mellocremes packaged by Eileen’s. The yellow colored vanilla ones are okay. But the light brown ones that I thought would be maple or caramel flavored (like the brown jugs in the Brach’s Halloween mellocreme mix) are the worst. They taste like bacon or buttered popcorn or some other sickening food flavor that no candy should ever taste like. These are a travesty. They are like a Willy Wonka invention that went horribly wrong. Whoever came up with this idea should be promptly fired.
The agree on the flavor assessment of the light and medium colored, but the dark is the same flavor as the bottom of the indian corn (chocolate). If you like indian corn or candy corn, give these a try. I personally love these!
