To be honest, this is the first time I’ve heard of the pepperoni and chicken parm pairing.
But it’s not just Arby’s doing it with its new Chicken Pepperoni Parm Sandwich. Google spewed out hundreds of recipes that combine the two.
The sandwich features a buttermilk chicken fillet topped with marinara sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese on a star cut bun. Google also showed me a similar sandwich was tested by Arby’s in Pittsburgh way back in 2015.
