That picture looks like the dip is pale. Or you can just use any boxed brownie mix to make the dip. Don’t add oil & eggs. Just water
Don’t—flour that hasn’t been heat treated is a good way to get sick (see all the raw cookie dough issues). Raw eggs aren’t always the problem, raw flour is.
