You’d think pep in your step would have cayenne powder. Too bad there’s no Mac and cheese pizza bites since I can’t find the Tostitos ones anywhere.
The tortilla soup sounds good and I like that its in a glass jar.
The smoothie mixes are great! I’ve tried them all and love them. Warning….. the Pep in your step does have a very strong bell pepper flavor! I like it but not everyone will.
OMG!! I’m sold. These smoothies are the truth. I tried the Detox and now I’m trying the green. So freaking great!! My daughter is sold on them. They taste good and they DO DETOX you. Lol
I bought the tomato basil soup and it was the best soup I hve ever had. I havent been able to find it anywhere since and dont see anything online about it. So bummed! Any ideas????
I have tried 4 of the 5 smoothies they are great even my 15 year old love’s them . The only one I haven’t ttied is pep in your step it was out everytime I went and now they have none at my local Walmart. I sure hope they get them back in.
For those who have tried the smoothies, I am having a hard time finding the right amount of liquid to get a good consistency. The packaging says 8 oz. of water, but that usually tends to seize up my Ninja blender blade. I’m weary to put too much water and literally drown the flavor of the fruits and vegetables, but I do prefer a more thin consistency.
I had the same problem with the ratio of liquid–
I have all five of these smoothies in my freezer. We tried the Keep It Green first. It actually seized up my Ninja. We added more water, a little at a time, until a pour-able, drinkable consistency was acquired. We ended up doubling the water (16 ounces) and then the smoothie was pretty flavorless.
My daughter was disappointed, and suggested that we try it again using less water because of how bland it ended up being. I made the third one with only 10 ounces of water, had to eat it with a spoon (like pudding) and I hate to say, still found it lacking flavor. I wondered if the inability to blend, and the trouble with the consistency had to do with the Ninja, but I am pretty sure the flavor was not affected by my choice of appliance.
I will try the others using the large pitcher instead of the ” bullet style” smoothie cup hoping for a better result, AND More Flavor!
First, I made it all at once and it didn’t blend well. Next, I made it in halves. 1/2 a cup of water with half the bag. Then transfer it into a cup. I made the other half. Then I added the first half back in and blended some more. This worked well for me.
The smoothie blends are really good. My toddler likes them too.
