Arby’s is adding a spicy fish sandwich to its menu this Lenten season — the Nashville Hot Fish.
The sandwich features wild-caught Alaskan pollock coated with a Nashville Hot seasoning, dill pickle slices, iceberg lettuce, and parmesan peppercorn ranch sauce on a sesame seed bun.
It has 540 calories, 23 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 40 milligrams of sodium, 1000 milligrams of sodium, 63 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 7 grams of sugar, and 21 grams of protein.
The Nashville Hot Fish Sandwich can be served on a flatbread and there’s a deluxe version that also includes cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and a King’s Hawaiian Bun instead of the sesame seed bun.
The King’s Hawaiian Nashville Hot Fish Deluxe has 670 calories, 31 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, 0.5 grams of trans fat, 100 milligrams of cholesterol, 1010 milligrams of sodium, 73 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 18 grams of sugar, and 26 grams of protein.
Finally, Arby’s has rolled out a spicy Buffalo version of its chicken tenders. It’s available in three or five piece servings and comes with a side of ranch for dipping.
Three pieces have 400 calories, 21 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 45 milligrams of cholesterol, 1800 milligrams of sodium, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 2 grams of fiber, 1 gram of sugar, and 24 grams of protein.
