I’ve been wondering if the apostrophe was really necessary. An apostrophe indicates missing letters, like in contractions and, I guess, the “Nea” in Neapolitan for this product. I think without the apostrophe it would still be clear that this is a play on Neapolitan. Yes, I’m super boring at parties. (Spotted by Eric S at Stop & Shop.)
