I can’t eat these due to milk allergy, but their dairy-free lemon pudding is good with cinnamon. I like to add a little protein powder to it and usually add vanilla flavored ones such as the Shaklee soy-based whatever-they-are-calling-it-now
(they keep changing the name), but discovered it was especially excellent with the seasonal pumpkin spice Shaklee soy protein mix. So I imagine adding regular pumpkin spice by itself would taste great as well.
