For a limited time, starting on Monday, July 2, Dunkin’ Donuts will offer the next evolution in donut eating — Donut Fries.
The snack features individual pieces of buttery croissant style donut dough that’s tossed in cinnamon sugar and served warm with just the right amount of crisp. Sadly, no donut dipping sauce is included. An order of Donut Fries comes with five pieces and will be sold at a special price of $2.
Five Donut Fries have 240 calories, 14 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 20 milligrams of cholesterol, 220 milligrams of sodium, 22 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 5 grams of sugar, and 4 grams of protein.
In less exciting Dunkin’ Donuts news, it’s also releasing on July 2 a Brown Sugar Cold Brew Coffee, the Chocolate Coconutty Donut (coconut creme filling, chocolate icing, and topped with shortbread cookie pieces), and the Shark Bite Donut (white icing and shark-shaped sprinkles).
