I don’t think a squeeze bottle is a significant improvement for a container of sweetened condensed milk. You’ll still need a spoon or a spatula or something to scrape the inside of the container. Also, I think it’s not common that a recipe that calls for sweetened condensed milk only needs a portion of the container; usually it needs one entire can.
i think it’s amazing! my sisters and i love condensed milk in tea and the can doesn’t allow for easily portioning small amounts and then subsequent storage. yes, it can be poured into a mason jar or something, but convenience is everything, eh? i’m super excited to look for this next time i’m shopping!
@john w…Lol i was literally thinking the same thing
If you’re making Vietnamese style iced coffee or Thai tea the squeeze bottle is ideal – you only need a tablespoon or two (or three), and it’s a hassle using a can bit by bit. it gets dried out before you’re done. The only place I’ve seen the squeeze bottles before is Asian markets so glad to see they’re more widely available.
