  1. I used to live near Benihana’s, but haven’t for a few years and I’ve missed them. I found the Benihana Chicken Fried Rice at a Harris Teeter in Wilmington, NC and decided to try it, even though I was sure I would be disappointed. In all honesty, I am pleasantly surprised. I can’t say it is just as good because part of the taste comes with the whole experience. But it is the best pre made fried rice I’ve ever had. Try it, I think you’ll like it.

    1. I agree. My grandson just discovered the frozen Benihana meals tonight. I wasn’t aware that they existed. I bought the Chicken and Rice one. It’s the best frozen rice meal I’ve tasted. For the $3.99, it was definitely worth it. Just the right portion to fill me up. My other house members want to try it now.

  2. I tried the chicken and rice last night and the yakisoba steak for lunch today. The flavor of the chicken dinner was great but the rice was so crunchy I couldn’t eat it. i don’t care for the flavor of the meal but that might be because the noodles were really dry so I added water to the meal and cooked it for another minute. Unlike the chicken the steak has very little flavor. I’m disappointed.

  3. Excellent! I was sooo surprise about the taste. Also most like a home cooked meal. The grits & cheese is the best.
I only got one for the 1st time and my mind was blown at the wonderful taste, I wall get more tonight at Safeway’s
stores. The (now) three versions I’ve had now make Benihana Frozen Dinners my favorite. #1
