Here are some interesting new mermaid products found on store shelves by your fellow readers. If you’ve tried any of the products, share your thoughts about them in the comments.
Is there a mermaid trend that I haven’t been paying attention to? I also hope for baristas everywhere there won’t be a Starbucks Mermaid Frappuccino. (First photo spotted by Sarah at Kroger and the rest spotted by Amanda Y at Kroger.)
If you’re out shopping and see an interesting new product on the shelf, snap a picture of it, and send us an email ([email protected]) with where you found it and “Spotted” in the subject line. Or reply to us (@theimpulsivebuy) on Twitter with the photo, where you spotted it, and the hashtag #spotted. If you’ve tried the product, share your thoughts about it in the comments.
Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.
I’ll bet if you read the ingredient listings on these products you’ll find there’s no actual mermaid included.

I bet Disney is kicking themselves for not Trademarking the colors Ariel used in Little Mermaid.
Is mermaid the new unicorn?
So we’ve moved on from rainbows to unicorns to mermaids? I don’t get it.
