Wendy’s has added a new salad to its menu — the Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad.
It’s made fresh daily with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast, grape tomatoes, a three-cheese Italian blend (Asiago, Parmesan, and Romano), crunchy Parmesan crisps, and Wendy’s creamy Marzetti Simply Dressed Caesar Dressing.
The Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad is available in a full-size option for $6.79 and a half-size for $4.79.

I’m glad to see Wendy’s adding this to their salads menu, because it’s a fairly common kind of salad. Their other choices, like the Southwest Avocado Chicken salad or the Apple Pecan Chicken salad or the (now replaced) Spicy Chicken Caesar salad, just don’t appeal to me because they are too out of the ordinary.
I’m glad they labeled that glass “peach lemonade” otherwise I would seriously think it was full of caesar dressing
I tried this salad tonight, and was completely disappointed and disgusted. The chicken was very processed and fatty. I threw it out after my third bite of chicken. I enjoyed the spicy chicken ceasar much more. $8.00 down the drain!! Why did your quality of chicken change so drastically?
I was a fan of the Spicy Caesar salad also. I ordered it at least once a a week. The new Parmesan Caesar salad lacks the kick of the Spicy Caesar, and just doesn’t cut it for me. What’s worse is that I ordered the Spicy Caesar, and the staff at the Wendy’s on Dobbin Road in Columbia slipped the bland Parmesan Caesar in on me without telling me about the change. I didn’t realize that I had been switched until I got home. So Disappointed! BRING BACK THE SPICY CAESAR PLEASE!!!
I agree too. The spicy Caesar was my only reason to go to Wendy’s. Bring it back!
I have to echo what Gwendolyn said about the quality of the chicken…totally fatty and icky. I hate how their salads have decent concepts but craptastic chicken. 🙁
