The burger chain is now serving its Bacon Truffle Angus Burger and Bacon Truffle Cheese Fries for a limited time.
The burger features a charbroiled 100 percent Black Angus beef patty topped with truffle-infused cheese sauce, two Applewood-smoked bacon slices, crispy onion strings, Swiss cheese, caramelized onion, and mayonnaise on a toasted sesame seed bun. According to this Forbes article about the burger, the sauce is deep, rich, and savory with notes of garlic, toasted onion, truffles, and aged Parmesan.
The version with a single beef patty has 830 calories, 51 grams of fat, 18 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 105 milligrams of cholesterol, 1380 milligrams of sodium, 54 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 39 grams of protein.
