If you’re one of those folks who wishes McDonald’s Quarter Pounder had more roughage on top of it to somewhat compensate for all the meat and cheese, the new Quarter Pounder Deluxe is for you. If you’re one of those folks who remember previous Quarter Pounder Deluxes, you have a great memory.
The 2019 version features 1/4 lb. of 100 percent fresh beef that’s cooked when you order*, crisp leaf lettuce, three Roma tomato slices, two slices of American cheese, mayonnaise, slivered onions, and pickles on a sesame seed bun.
The Quarter Pounder Deluxe has 640 calories, 38 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 110 milligrams of cholesterol, 1170 milligrams of sodium, 44 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 11 grams of sugar, and 31 grams of protein.
